Earlier in his career, he founded and scaled a company in the sector from an early-stage idea to global development and a successful exit, shaping his belief that execution and scalability matter as much as innovation itself. At Thewaico, he is focused on developing bioprocess technologies that help teams scale through a more practical, robust, and real-world approach to product design and adoption.

Tanya is an International Business Development Specialist with over 25 years of experience in business growth, market development, strategic partnerships and international relations.

Her approach combines vision, business acumen and creative thinking, turning ideas, connections and content into tangible business value and long-term growth.

Robert brings more than a decade of biotech commercial experience spanning bioreactor equipment, engineered systems, and biologics CRO/CDMO services. After working closely with customers across labs, pilot plants, and GMP manufacturing, he saw firsthand how difficult scale-up can be, and how often outdated equipment & service provider models and opaque sales processes slow teams down. He cofounded Thewaico to help biotech teams scale with a more modular, practical, and customer-centered approach to bioreactor systems
